Maryland Citizens Defense League

The mission of the Maryland Citizens Defense League is to protect and expand the civil rights of the citizens of the State of Maryland, including the right of all law-abiding citizens to own, possess, transfer, purchase, and transport firearms for legitimate, law-abiding reasons, including, but not limited to, the right to engage in the shooting sports and the right of self-defense, by advocating the repeal of state, federal, and local restrictions.
