Sunkhaze Meadows National Wildlife Refuge

Ten thousand acre parcel in Milford, Maine, is home to a variety of birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish and insects. Other divisions include the 1,055 acre Carlton Pond wetland in Waldo County that harbors the endangered black tern.
