Provides social and economic development programs. Encompasses nine counties: Bryan, Bulloch, Camden, Chatham, Effingham, Glynn, Liberty, Long and McIntosh. The region borders South Carolina to the north, Florida to the south and the Atlantic Ocean to the east.
