The purpose of the Randle Highlands Citizens' Civic Association is to establish a viable civic association for citizens in the Randle Highlands area south of Pennsylvania Avenue - encompassing the boundaries of 25th to 30th Streets, SE and Pennsylvania Avenue to Texas Avenue, SE.
