The official source for government-sponsored U.S. and worldwide scientific, technical, engineering, and business-related information. As a nonappropriated agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce's Technology Administration, NTIS does not rely on taxpayer funds to operate. All NTIS operating costs are paid for by the sale of its products and services.
