Lawmaker Slows Sex Offender Commitment Bill

Despite a new U.S. Supreme Court ruling authorizing involuntary civil commitment for violent sex offenders, Assembly Judiciary Chairman Bernie Anderson is going slow on a bill to enact such laws in Nevada.
