Sidney Blumenthal and Jacqueline Jordan Blumenthal v. Drudge and American Online, Inc.

Sidney Blumenthal, a White House Assistant, sued Matt Drudge, publisher of The Drudge Report, and AOL, a business partner, over a statement published in The Drudge Report which alleged that Blumenthal abused his spouse.
