Decision by WIPO arbitration panel dismisses complaint by Vishwa Nirmala Dharma (a.k.a. Sahaja Yoga) against Sahaja Yoga Ex-Members Network. The panel ruled that Sahaja Yoga is a generic mark and not the property of Nirmala Devi Srivastava's organization.
