Data Type Functions for Visual Basic

Allows user (during run time) to create and have access to all data type fucntions in Visual Basic. This also allows all the old MKS$, CVS, MKD$, and CVD, code from MSDOS to transparently move to Visual Basic. Especially useful for pointers in B-trees. (Ross Books)
