Coal Creek Clean Stream Initiative (CCCSI)

Aims to improve water quality in Coal Creek, a Clinch River tributary in Anderson County (near the towns of Lake City, Briceville, Fraterville, and Beech Grove), so that it is once again suitable for trout in spite of a 150-year history of coal mining. In addition to environmental and fishing information, site includes photos, maps, and historical information.
