Produced by the American Institute of Physics and partner scientific societies, twelve news stories are distributed each month to television stations across the country. DBIS news stories zero in on scientific research and developments that benefit our daily lives. The 90-second stories fall into three major areas: earth and atmospheric sciences, medical advances, and physical sciences and engineering.
