Research Institute on Anomalous Phenomena (RIAP)

RIAP unites specialists and amateurs in an effort to study unexplained phenomena such as UFOs, traces of possible alien visits from space, the Tunguska explosion of 1908, as well as Roswell-like events. RIAP is open to new members.
