Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

A petition against Ohio State University from trying to determine the effects of drug abuse in humans who are HIV-positive by injecting cats with the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and then giving them doses of methamphetamine. According to experts, FIV is a poor model for HIV and the findings of this cruel experiment probably would be irrelevant to humans with HIV.
