Ramsay's Oration.

A speech of welcome delivered to new initiates that was published several times and was sent by the Chevalier de Ramsay to the Cardinal de Fleury, Minister to Louis XV, on March 20, 1737. It had considerable influence on French Freemasonry of the eighteenth century.
