History of the Atlantic Coast Hockey League

The ACHL was a rough and tumble league that carried the torch for lower-league minor hockey in the eighties. Epitiomized by lots of banging and fighting, this league kept hockey alive in the Southeastern United States and directly led to the formation of today's ECHL.
