Permanent Cosmetics school taught by Janice T. Eyerly, CCE, FAAM, PE, CDT,CMI, CPT; National Trainer, Instructor & Board Certified. Janice teaches the SPCP Basic Permanent Cosmetics Course. The training, classes, and school are all located in her clinic where she is co-located with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. The clinic and school are just 33 minutes north of Jacksonville, Florida.
