Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals

A non-profit association working to promote continuing education and establish high standards and ethics in the permanent makeup/cosmetic tattoo industry. The Society was founded in 1990 and is the largest non-profit trade association in the United States and internationally for the permanent cosmetics industry.
