Pacific Fishery Management Council

Has developed fishery management plans for salmon, groundfish and coastal pelagic species in the U.S. Exclusive Economic Zone off Washington, Oregon and California, and recommends Pacific halibut harvest regulations to the International Pacific Halibut Commission.
