Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars

The Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars provides fellowships to international scholars to conduct their individual research at the Center. The publications of the Centre are particularly useful for providing readers with the historical context of political developments in individual countries around the world. Fittingly, the Center's Russian program is named after George F. Kennan, the former American Ambassador to the Soviet Union who stressed on the considertion of Soviet internal politics in American foreign policy analysis.
