National Chemical Safety Program

National program to reduce chemical incidents, facilitated by the Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center at Texas A&M University. It is guided by a roundtable of diverse stakeholders and contains extensive investigation reports. A comprehensive database of chemical incidents is under development.
