Jody Sperling/Time Lapse Dance was formed for the projects of Jody Sperling, a dancer, choreographer, and dance scholar based in New York City. Her choreographic style combines a fluid, sensual physicality with an acute sense of humor. With transformation as its goal, the work draws on eclectic imagery, often from vintage sources.
